摘要
细胞分裂素脱氢酶(CKX)通过调控植物体内的细胞分裂素的水平来影响其生长发育过程。为探究苹果CKX家族基因的信息,本研究利用现代生物信息学分析,首次对苹果中CKX基因家族进行全基因组鉴定和分析。结果表明,在苹果全基因组中鉴定出11个CKX基因家族成员,不同成员的MDCKX蛋白理化性质和二级结构均存在一定差异,11个MDCKX蛋白定位在植物体的不同位置中,其中2个具有双向定位的特性;系统进化树将CKX基因家族分为3个亚家族,同一亚家族的成员基因结构和保守基序具有相似性,也有一些虽然亲缘关系较近,但其基因结构和保守基序模式差异较大;MDCKX家族成员含有4~6个外显子结构,共有10个保守基序;11个苹果CKX家族基因不均匀地分布在其中6条染色体中,在16号染色体中发现MDCKX10和MDCKX11一对串联重复基因,有6对基因之间存在共线性关系。该研究结果将为苹果CKX基因家族的功能和应用研究提供一定的理论依据。
Cytokinin dehydrogenase(CKX)affects plant growth and development by regulating the level of cytokinin.In order to explore the information of the CKX gene family in apple,this study used modern bioinformatics analysis to conduct the first genome-wide identification and analysis of the CKX gene family in apple.The results showed that:Eleven members of the CKX gene family were identified in the whole apple genome,and there were certain differences in the physicochemical properties and secondary structure of MDCKX protein among different members.Eleven MDCKX proteins were localized to different locations in the plant,two of which exhibited bidirectional localization.The CKX gene family was divided into three subfamilies by phylogenetic tree.The gene structure and conserved motif of the members of the same subfamily were similar,but some of them were different in gene structure and conserved motif pattern although their genetic relationship were close.MDCKX family members contain 4~6 exon structures and 10 conserved motifs.The 11 genes of apple CKX family were unevenly distributed on 6 chromosomes.A pair of tandem duplicates of MDCKX10 and MDCKX11were found on chromosome 16,and there was a collinear relationship between 6 pairs of genes.The results of this study will provide some theoretical basis for the function and application research of apple CKX gene family.
