抗逆高产轻简易管棉花新品种‘聊棉15号’的选育

Breeding of Light-simplified and Manageable,Stress-resistance,High-yielding Cotton Variety’Liaomian15’

选育抗逆广适、高产优质、轻简易管棉花品种是实现黄河流域棉区可持续发展的重要途径。本研究以中早熟棉花品种‘中棉所19号’选系YX286为母本,以转基因抗虫亲本KRZ06为父本进行杂交,经内陆盐碱地、枯黄萎病圃、不防治棉铃虫的条件下多年逆境选择,定向选育成转Bt基因抗虫棉‘聊棉15号’。2018年经山东省品种审定委员会审定(审定编号:鲁审棉20180001),2019年经国家农作物品种审定委员会审定(审定编号:国审棉20190009),适宜在黄河流域棉区春播种植。

Breeding the new cotton varieties with resistance and wide adaptability,high yield and fine quality,light-simplified and manageable characters is an important way to realize the sustainable development of cotton production in the Yellow River valley of China.In this review,the mid-early maturing cotton cultivar’Zhongmiansuo19’selected line YX286 was used as the female parent,and the transgenic insect-resistant parent KRZ06 was used as the male parent.After years of continuous adversity choice,The Bt transgenic cotton of’Liaomian15’was bred under the condition of inland saline alkali soil,fusarium and verticillium wilt disease nursery and no controling of Heliothis armigera.’Liaomian15’which was approved by Shandong Province Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2018(Approved number:Lushenmian 20180001)and by National Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2019(Approved number:Guoshenmian 20190009)was suitable for planting in spring sowing cotton areas in the Yellow River Basin.
