稀土行业绿色制造标准体系现状浅析

随着稀土产业的发展和国家政策的导向,稀土绿色制造标准的研制工作获得了广泛的关注。本文旨在梳理现有稀土绿色制造标准体系,探究稀土绿色制造标准研制过程中存在的问题,给出相应的建议。未来稀土绿色制造标准应加快研制碳排放、碳中和等系列标准,加强基础类及回收、回用类绿色标准建设,采取更多措施保障标准后续实施,为稀土产业绿色发展发挥更大的作用。

With the development of rare earth industry and the guidance of national policies,the research and development of rare earth green manufacturing standards has attracted extensive attention.This paper aims to sort out the existing rare earth green manufacturing standard system,explore the problems existing in the development of rare earth green manufacturing standard,and give corresponding suggestions.In the future,the green manufacturing standards for rare earth should speed up the development of a series of standards such as carbon emission and carbon neutralization,strengthen the construction of basic and recycling green standards,and take more measures to ensure the follow-up implementation of the standards,so as to play a greater role in the green development of the rare earth industry.
