时效处理与加工量对连续挤压Cu-Cr-Zr合金性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对采用“非真空上引连铸+连续挤压”工艺试制出的Cu-Cr-Zr合金线杆进行时效处理和冷加工试验,研究时效温度和加工量对其HRB硬度、导电率及抗拉强度的影响。试验结果表明:随着时效温度的提高,Cu-Cr-Zr合金杆的软化前HRB硬度和抗拉强度先逐渐提高,而后逐渐降低,而导电率则逐步提高;时效后的Cu-Cr-Zr合金线杆,随着加工量增大,其软化前其HRB硬度和软化前强度逐步增大,其软化后的HRB硬度和软化后的导电率则基本保持稳定,变化幅度较小。对试验结果进行了机理分析,为“非真空上引连铸+连续挤压+冷加工+时效+冷加工”工艺工业化批量生产Cu-Cr-Zr合金杆提供可靠的理论及数据支撑。 The aging treatment and cold working test were carried out on the Cu-Cr-Zr alloy wire rod trial produced by"non vacuum upward continuous casting+continuous extrusion"process.The effects of aging temperature and processing amount on its HRB hardness,conductivity and tensile strength were studied.The test results show that with the increase of aging temperature,the HRB hardness and tensile strength of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy rod first increase,then decrease,and the conductivity increases gradually;After aging,the HRB hardness and strength of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy wire rod before softening gradually increase with the increase of processing amount,while the HRB hardness and conductivity after softening remain basically stable with a small change range.The mechanism of the test results is analyzed,which provides reliable theoretical and data support for the industrialized mass production of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy rod by"non vacuum upward casting+continuous extrusion+cold working+aging+cold working".
