摘要
针对某硫化铜精矿焙烧浸出过程铜元素赋存状态研究发现,硫化铜精矿中铜主要以辉铜矿赋存,其次为黑铜矿和赤铜矿。通过750℃焙烧后,焙砂中铜元素主要以氧化铜赋存,其次为铁矿物包裹铜。二段浸出渣样品中铜元素主要以铁酸铜赋存,部分赋存在赤铁矿等矿物中。
The study on the occurrence state of copper element in the roasting leaching process of a copper sulfide concentrate was carried out.The results show that the copper in copper sulfide concentrate mainly occurs as chalcoxite,followed by black copper ore and copper ore.After roasting at 750℃,the copper element in calcine is mainly copper oxide,followed by iron ore coated copper.The copper element in the second stage leaching residue samples mainly occurs in the form of copper ferrite,part of which occurs in minerals such as hematite.
