高职院校专职组织员队伍发展的调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Development of Full-time Organizers in Higher Vocational Colleges

关于专职组织员队伍的研究,多以理论研究为主。文章以山西省27所高职院校专职组织员队伍为研究对象,对其进行了调查研究,研究发现:组织员队伍学历层次和工作意愿较高,但缺乏职业幸福感和归属感;组织员的专业理论和工作经验不足,分工不明确影响了履职效果;组织员培训的吸引力和有效性亟待提高;组织员的晋升和考核机制有待完善。建议要明确组织员岗位职责、完善组织员教育培训、建立科学的考评激励制度和双线晋升制度,形成组织员专业化、职业化、专家化发展路径。

The research on the team of full-time organizers is mainly theoretical research.This paper takes the full-time organizer team of 27 higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province as the research object,and makes an investigation and research on it.It is found that the organizer team has high educational level and work willingness,but lacks career happiness and belonging;the insufficient professional theory and work experience of the organization members as well as the unclear division of labor affect their performance;the attractiveness and effectiveness of organizer training need to be improved;the promotion and assessment mechanism of organizers needs to be improved.Based on the existing problems,the author believes that it is necessary to clarify the post responsibilities of organizers;perfect the education and training of organizers;establish a scientific evaluation incentive system and double line promotion system to form a specialized,professional and expert development path for organizers.
