摘要
以产业融合理论为基础,在分析餐饮、文化与旅游产业之间相互交叉、渗透的基础上,文章认为文化为魂、餐饮为本、旅游为媒,三者间相互融合,可满足餐饮消费者多层次的需求,高水平推动餐饮企业整体实力的提升和经济、社会效益的提高。文章以山西会馆为例,阐述会馆餐饮与文化、旅游相融合的具体内容,提出会馆实现产业融合发展的建议:深度挖掘融合三大产业要素,提升企业核心竞争力;以人为纲,统领三大产业的融合;做好营销,打造产业融合品牌。
Based on the theory of industrial integration,by analyzing the interrelationship between catering,culture and tourism industries,it is believed that culture is the soul,catering is the foundation and tourism is the way.And the integrating of catering,culture and tourism can satisfy the multilevel needs of consumers,promote the overall strength of catering enterprises and improve economic and social benefits at a high level.Taking Taiyuan"Shanxi Guildhall"as an example,this paper expounds the concrete contents of integration between catering,culture and tourism industries in the guild hall,and then puts forward some corresponding suggestions:deeply explore and integrate the three major industrial elements to enhance core competitiveness of enterprises;taking people as the key link,lead the integration of three major industries;do well in marketing and build an industrial integration brand.
