电力电子化电力系统动态问题的基本挑战和技术路线 被引量:42

摘要 源-网-荷装备电力电子化是当前我国电力一次系统发展的重要趋势和特征。运行实践中与装备电力电子化相关的不明机理事故频发,开展电力电子化新一代电力系统动态问题研究是保障电网安全稳定运行的重大需求。文中基于源-网-荷环节中电力电子化装备比重持续提升的现实,凝练电力系统稳定分析与控制、故障分析与保护所面临的新挑战,提出分析和解决电力电子化驱动下电力系统控制和保护问题的技术路线图,结合电网运行实践提出基础理论和关键技术创新的主要需求,为相关管理部门、研发机构和研发人员提供参考。 The power electronization of source-networkload equipment is an important trend and characteristic of the power system development in China. In the operation practice,the unknown mechanism accidents related to the power electronization of equipment occur frequently. It is a major demand to launch out the research on the dynamic issues of the new generation power-electronized power system. Based on the reality of increasing the proportion of power electronic equipment in source-network-load each link, this paper has condensed the new challenges faced by power system stability analysis and control, fault analysis and protection, and put forward the technical roadmap for analyzing and solving the control and protection problems of power system driven by the power electronization. Finally, combined with the practice of power grid operation, the main requirements of basic theory and key technology innovation were put forward, which can provide reference for relevant management departments, R&D institutions and researchers.
