摘要
为了明确某含硫油气田埋地弯管受应力情况,通过对该油田埋地弯管受力因素分析,对影响弯管应力参数进行模拟计算。结果表明:弯管处应力随着运行温度的升高而增加,且近似呈线性关系;在运行温度较高的工况下,弯管处应力随着运行压力的增加而降低;在运行温度较低的工况下,弯管处应力随着运行压力的增加而增加;弯管处应力随着弯管角度的增加先增大后减小。综合各影响因素对弯管受力的影响变化规律,确定弯管处应力评价综合参数影响因子,对现场工程弯管受力风险可进行快速排查。
In order to clarify the stress situation of buried elbow in a certain sulfur oil and gas field,by analyzing the stress factors of a buried elbow in this oil field,the stress parameters affecting the elbow are simulated and calculated.Results showed that the stress at the elbow increased with the increase of the operating temperature,and it presented approximately linear relationship.Under operating conditions with higher operating temperature,the stress at the elbow decreased as the operating pressure increased.Under operating conditions with lower operating temperature,the stress at the elbow increased with increasing operating pressure.Moreover,the stress at the elbow increased first and then decreased as the angle of the elbow increased.According to the change rule of the influence of various factors on the stress of the elbow,the influence factors of the comprehensive parameters of stress evaluation at the elbow were determined,and the stress risk of the elbow in the field engineering was quickly investigated.
