摘要
为了分析现有水资源利用情况与经济社会发展的匹配程度,应用基于数列的匹配度计算方法,分别计算了黄河古贤水利枢纽陕西受水区人均用水量与人均GDP的匹配度、工业用水量与工业GDP的匹配度、及农业用水量与农业GDP的匹配度。通过计算和分析,表明当地的水资源利用与经济社会发展不匹配的原因主要表现为:一方面是经济社会发展迅速而水资源相对缺乏、导致水资源量不足以支撑后续的经济持续增长;另一方面是经济社会发展缓慢而相应的水资源消耗量却较大。本文能够较好地反映研究区域水资源利用与经济社会发展的匹配程度,以期从深层次揭示两者不匹配的原因。
In order to analyze the matching degree of existing water resources utilization with economic and social development, the matching degree of per capita water consumption and per capita GDP in shaanxi water receiving area of The Ancient Xian Water conservancy project of the Yellow River is calculated by using the matching degree calculation method based on series, and the matching degree of industrial water consumption and industrial GDP and agricultural water consumption and agricultural GDP are respectively calculated. Through calculation and analysis, it is shown that the main reasons for the mismatch between the local water resources utilization and economic and social development are as follows: on the one hand, the rapid economic and social development and the relative lack of water resources lead to insufficient water resources to support the subsequent sustained economic growth;On the other hand, the economic and social development is slow but the corresponding water resources consumption is relatively large, which can better reflect the matching degree of water resources utilization and economic and social development in the study area, in order to reveal the reasons for the mismatch.
