摘要
随着通信技术的飞速发展,5G网络已经建成并投入商业运营,为电力系统的进一步优化奠定了基础。针对实现电力技术与5G通信的有机融合,提出同一套保护和自动装置控制多条线路与多个元件且具有巡回检测功能的巨阵式网络保护方法,明确了5G数据传输的控制策略、网络保护归类和集中控制原则,提出了网络保护和区域自动控制系统的架构。通过构建与电网调度管理体制相一致的区域电网二次系统集中控制中心,实现了就地和远方双重一对多的控制模式。
With the rapid development of communication technology,5G networks have been built and put into commercial operation,laying the foundation for further optimization of the power system.In order to realize the organic integration of power technology and 5G communication,a giant array network protection method with the same set of protection and automatic device controlling multiple lines and multiple components and with patrol detection function is proposed,and the control strategy and network protection of 5G data transmission are clarified.The principles of classification and centralized control are proposed,and the architecture of network protection and regional automatic control system is proposed.By building a centralized control center for the secondary system of the regional power grid that is consistent with the power grid dispatching management system,the dual one-to-many control mode of local and remote is realized.
