直流系统绝缘监测装置校验技术探讨

Discussion on Calibration Technology of Insulation Monitoring Device in DC System

直流电源系统作为电力生产二次设备电源系统,其可靠性直接关乎电力安全生产。为保障直流系统可靠运行,保证保护设备准确动作,将直流系统设计为不接地系统。为监测直流系统绝缘故障,直流系统成套设备配备有绝缘在线监测装置,但运行多年的绝缘监测装置其功能性能得不到保证,有必要对绝缘监测装置进行定期检修维护。通过论述绝缘监测装置定期维护的必要性,并探讨绝缘监测装置在线校验方法,供电力生产人员参考。

As the power supply system of secondary equipment of power production,the reliability of DC power supply system is directly related to power safety production;In order to ensure reliable operation of DC system and accurate action of protection equipment,DC system is designed as ungrounded system;In order to monitor the insulation fault of DC system,the complete set of DC system equipment is equipped with insulation on-line monitoring device,but the functional performance of the insulation monitoring device that has operated for many years can not be guaranteed,so it is necessary to put forward regular maintenance for the insulation monitoring device.This paper discusses the necessity of regular maintenance of insulation monitoring device,and discusses the on-line calibration method of insulation monitoring device,which can be used as a reference for power producers.
