摘要
5G网络发展初期,暂时不支持基于NR的语音通话(Voice over New Radio,VoNR),5G终端在5G网络中发起的语音业务需要通过语音回落(EPS Fallback)功能回落到4G网络进行。当前5G网络建设以室外宏站为主,室内站点规模只有4G网络的5%左右,在该情况下精准配置5G和4G的邻区及回落优先级难度高,导致5G通话回落成功率低、用户感知差。在此背景下,各家运营商积极探索5G和4G邻区及回落优化级的精准优化,通过多平台大数据可以完成5G和4G邻区的精准添加、补充和质差目标邻区的删除、回落优先级的精准排序,实现简单,可快速完成部署。重点讨论室内场景5G和4G邻区及回落优先级精准优化的注意事项,为后期全网的5G通话回落成功率提升提供思路借鉴。
In the early stage of 5G network development,Voice over New Radio(VoNR)based on NR is not supported temporarily.Voice services initiated by 5G terminals on 5G networks need to Fallback to 4G networks through EPS Fallback function.At present,the construction of 5G network is mainly based on outdoor macro stations,and the scale of indoor stations is only about 5%of that of 4G network.In this case,it is difficult to accurately configure 5G and 4G neighborhood and rollback priority,resulting in low success rate of 5G call rollback and poor user perception.In this context,operators actively explore the precise optimization of 5G and 4G neighborhood and the drop-back optimization level.Through multi-platform big data,precise addition and supplement of 5G and 4G neighborhood,deletion of poor quality target neighborhood and precise ordering of drop-back priority can be achieved,which is simple and can be quickly deployed.The paper focuses on the matters needing attention in the precise optimization of indoor 5G and 4G neighborhood as well as pullback priority,providing ideas for the improvement of the success rate of 5G call pullback of the whole network in the future.
