电能计量装置异常状态在线监测与分析

On-Line Monitoring and Analysis of Abnormal State of Electric Energy Metering Device

在电力计量过程中,电能计量装置是一种电量计量器具,在电力供应系统中具有重要作用。为便于计量工作人员实时监控电能计量装置是否处于异常工作状态,需要解决传统电能计量装置管理工作中存在的问题。提出了一种电能计量装置异常状态监测系统,分别从其工作原理、作用、监测内容以及实现思路和方案设计等几方面展开论述,以期促进我国电能计量装置运行管理技术的智能化与信息化发展。

In the process of electric power measurement,the electric energy metering device is a kind of electric quantity measuring instrument,which plays an important role in the power supply system.In order to facilitate the measurement staff to monitor whether the electric energy metering device is in an abnormal working state in real time and solve the problems existing in the management of traditional electric energy metering devices,this paper proposes an abnormal state monitoring system for electric energy metering devices.The content,realization ideas and scheme design are discussed in order to promote the intelligent and informatized development of the operation and management technology of electric energy metering devices in my country.
