基于CRM的无人机操控员培训模式分析

Study on UAV Operator Training Mode Based on CRM

摘要 阐述为消除或降低无人机飞行操控过程中人为因素对飞行安全的影响,在无人机操控员培训过程中,引入机组资源管理CRM训练,从而实现CRM训练与操控技能训练全流程融合。 In order to eliminate or reduce the impact of human factors on flight safety in the process of UAV flight control, this paper introduces crew resource management CRM training in the process of UAV controller training, so as to realize the integration of CRM training and control skill training.
