某重卡车桥转向节的夹具设计制造

摘要 本文通过分析一种转向节的加工工艺及各工序的夹具设计方案,结合生产车间现有卧式加工中心的加工能力,对工序60#的液压夹具设计方案进行了介绍,并对夹具的关键零部件的设计及制作要求进行了说明。经过生产车间验证,此夹具设计结构合理简单,工件装夹方便,实现了柔性化加工,降低了操作人员的劳动强度。经过质量检验此夹具加工的产品质量稳定,满足图纸及工艺要求。 In this paper,by analyzing the processing technology of a steering knuckle and the fixture design scheme of each process,combined with the processing capacity of the existing horizontal machining center in the production workshop,the hydraulic fixture design scheme of process 60# is introduced,and the key components of the fixture are introduced.The design and fabrication requirements of the components are described.It has been verified by the production workshop that the design of the fixture is reasonable and simple,the workpiece clamping is convenient,flexible processing is realized,and the labor intensity of the operator is reduced.After quality inspection,the quality of the products processed by this fixture is stable and meets the requirements of drawings and processes.
