摘要
锌是基本的工业原材料,传统的铸锭生产过程已不能满足智能制造时代的要求,构建数字工艺模型是进行机器人作业为核心技术的智能生产线设计的焦点性问题。对此,为提高工作效率,本文以产量为原始输入参数,研究了包括浇铸、扒渣、修锭、打码、码垛等生产工艺特点,建立了机器人作业数字工艺模型,并以行业常用25kg/块的标准锌锭为例,进行设计应用。
Zinc is the basic industrial raw material,the traditional ingot production process can not meet the requirements of the intelligent manufacturing era,the construction of digital process model is the focus of robot job production line design.In order to play the function of production line efficiency,this paper takes the hourly production volume as the original input parameters,studies the production process characteristics including casting,slag,spraying,ingot repair,palletizing and so on,establishes the digital process model of robot operation,and takes the 25 kg standard zinc ingot commonly used in the industry as an example,designs and applies the established model.
