摘要
随着科学技术水平的快速发展,各种新技术不断应用于汽车领域,使得汽车的复杂程度不断提高,汽车维修领域所面临的压力在急剧增大。故障树分析法能够对复杂故障事件的发生原因做出全面的分析,如利用得当可快速定位故障部位。本文以某车型排放故障灯点亮,发动机报空燃比闭环控制自学习值超上限故障码为例,研究故障树分析法在汽车维修领域的应用策略,并提出提高汽车故障排查效率的方案。
With the rapid development of science and technology,various new technologies have been applied to automobile,which makes the complexity of automobile increase,and the pressure faced by automobile maintenance personnel is increasing sharply.The fault tree analysis could comprehensively analyze the complicated relationship between the faults for automobiles and corresponding reasons,used properly,the fault location can be located quickly.Taking the lighting of malfunction indicator lamp on an automobile(fault code:System Too Lean Off Idle Bank 1) as an example,the paper studies the application strategy of fault tree analysis in automobile maintenance,and puts forward a scheme to improve the efficiency of automobile failure diagnosis.
