摘要
本文结合汽车故障诊断原理,以本田雅阁2.3 L轿车为例,通过理论与实验相结合的研究方法,详细提出汽车发动机故障诊断及排除思路。本文主要采取dSPACE半实物仿真实验模型,分别运用PicoScope6软件和PICO示波器等整车控制器模块,设计故障诊断方案,并将故障诊断策略下载到dSPACE中进行HIL仿真,针对本田雅阁2.3 L轿车发动机点火系统、水温传感器故障与正常波形进行数据采集与分析,利用PICO示波器波形为其提供了可靠的依据,希望给售后维修人员提供本田雅阁汽车方面的发动机故障排除启发。
Based on the principle of automobile fault diagnosis,this paper takes Honda Accord 2.3 L sedan as an example.Through the research method of combining theory and experiment,the fault diagnosis and troubleshooting ideas of automobile engine are put forward in detail.This paper mainly adopts dSPACE semi-physical simulation experimental model,respectively uses PicoScope6 software and PICO oscilloscope and other vehicle controller modules to design fault diagnosis schemes,and download the fault diagnosis strategy to dSPACE for HIL simulation,aiming at the ignition of Honda Accord 2.3 L car engine System,water temperature sensor,exhaust pressure failure and normal waveforms for data acquisition and analysis,using PICO oscilloscope waveforms Provided a reliable basis for it,hoping to provide after-sales maintenance personnel with engine troubleshooting inspiration for Honda Accord.
