Research and Development Path of Government Affair Service Center Standard

为研究政务服务中心标准现状及发展路径,介绍政务服务中心标准等相关概念,本文从现行标准数量、实施时间、涉及方面、标准体系建设几个方面分析了政务服务中心标准建设现状,发现了标准建设基础仍需夯实、标准体系有待持续完善、标准建设人才队伍亟待培育3方面问题,提出了强化标准体系顶层设计、构建多维度的标准化工作体系、培育政务服务标准建设人才队伍的发展路径,以期为推动政务服务中心标准化提供支撑。

In order to study the current status and development path of government affair service center standards and introduce related concepts such as government affair center standards, this paper analyzes the construction status of the government affair service center in the aspects including number of standards, implementation time, related aspects and standard system construction. It finds out that the construction foundation is still needed to be consolidated, the standard system is needed to be continuously improved, and the standard construction talent team is urgently needed to be cultivated. To promote the standardization of government affair service centers, this paper proposes the development path of strengthening the top-level design of the standard system, constructing a multi-dimensional standardization work system, and cultivating a talent team for the construction of government affair service standards, which is expected to provide support for the promotion of the standardization of government affair service center.
