油田企业标准化评价指标体系研究

Study on Standardization Evaluation Index System of Oilfield Enterprises

本文依据GB/T 15496《企业标准体系要求》系列国家标准、企业标准化良好行为创建条件等相应文件,遵循科学性、综合性、可操作性、层次性原则,为油田企业标准化评价指标体系从标准化保障、企业标准体系、标准实施与监督、标准制修订四个方面设定评价指标。能够避免分析评价企业标准化时指标零散、指导性不明确、针对性不强等问题,从而促进石化行业油田企业标准化工作的不断提升。

Based on GB/T 15496 series of national standards on enterprise standard system requirements, conditions for the establishment of good behavior of enterprise standardization and other corresponding documents, this article follows the principles of scientificity, comprehensiveness, operability and hierarchy. The standardization evaluation index system of oilfield enterprises sets evaluation indexes in four aspects: standardization guarantee, enterprise standard system,standard implementation and supervision, and standard development and revision. It can avoid problems such as scattered indicators, unclear guidance, and weak pertinence in the analysis and evaluation of enterprise standardization, thereby promoting the continuous improvement of the standardization work of oilfield enterprises in the petrochemical industry.
