标准化病人,又被称作模拟病人,简称“SP”,它是一种对正常人或者病人的模拟或复制。如今,伴随着科技发展,标准化病人越来越接近于真实形象,在医学领域产生了广泛而深刻的影响。采用标准化病人,对护理人员进行教育培训,有利于提升护理人员的技能操作水平,积累实践经验。标准化病人的应用,给医学教育以及考核工作带来了巨大助益。如今,标准化病人在护理技能大赛选手培育中也扮演着重要的角色,本文对此进行了探讨分析。

Standardized patients, also known as simulated patients, referred to as "SP", is a simulation or reproduction of normal people or patients. Nowadays, with the development of science and technology, standardized patients are closer to the real image, which have had a wide and profound impact in the medical field. The use of standardized patients and the education and training of nursing staff are conducive to improve the skill operation level of nursing staff and accumulate practical experience. The application of standardized patients has brought great benefits to medical education and assessment. Nowadays, standardized patients also play an important role in the cultivation of nursing skill competition players, which is discussed and analyzed in this paper.
