外周介入手术患者心理标准护理的临床价值

Clinical Value of Psychological Standard Nursing for Patients Undergoing Peripheral Interventional Surgery

目的:观察在外周介入围手术期应用心理标准护理方法的效果评价。方法:共选择78例在医院中做外周介入手术治疗的患者,时间范围为2020年7月份至2021年7月份,分组方式为随机,分成对照和观察2组,每组各39例。常规护理法用于对照组,心理标准护理法用于观察组。结果:护理前,两组不良心理情绪评分对比无差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组不良心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将心理标准护理法用于外周介入手术护理中,有助于改善患者的不良心理状态,确保手术治疗工作的顺利开展,推荐在临床上大力使用。

Objective: To observe the effect evaluation of psychological standard nursing method applied in peripheral mediators during operation. Methods: A total of 78 patients who underwent peripheral interventional surgery in the Lanzhou Second People’s Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. Routine nursing was used in the control group, and psychological standard nursing was used in the observation group. Results: Before nursing, there was no difference in adverse psychological and emotional scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing, the score of adverse psychological state in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of psychological standard nursing method in peripheral interventional surgical nursing can help to improve the patients’ bad psychological state and ensure the smooth development of surgical treatment. It is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
