摘要
目的:研究糖尿病饮食标准化疗法用于住院糖尿病饮食治疗中的价值。方法:2016年7月~2021年6月接诊住院糖尿病病患200例,随机均分2组。研究组采取糖尿病饮食标准化治疗方案,对照组进行常规饮食指导。对比血糖等指标。结果:针对空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖值,研究组分别是(6.01±1.72)mmol/L、(7.32±1.46)mmol/L,比对照组(9.17±2.68)mmol/L、(11.25±3.67)mmol/L低,P<0.05。针对血糖达标率,研究组72.0%,比对照组31.0%高,P<0.05。针对满意度,研究组99.0%,比对照组86.0%高,P<0.05。结论:住院糖尿病饮食治疗中用糖尿病饮食标准化治疗方案,利于血糖的控制及满意度的提升。
Objective: To study the value of standardized diet therapy for diabetes mellitus in diabetic patients. Methods:A total of 200 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital in July 2016 and June 2021 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The study group adopted diabetic diet standardized treatment plan, while the control group received regular dietary guidance. Blood glucose and other indicators in the two groups were compared. Results: The fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were(6.01 ± 1.72) mmol/L and(7.32 ± 1.46) mmol/L respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(9.17 ± 2.68) mmol/L and(11.25 ± 3.67) mmol/L, P < 0.05. The blood glucose standard rate in the study group was 72.0%, which was higher than 31.0% in the control group(P<0.05). In terms of satisfaction, 99.0% in the study group was higher than 86.0% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Diabetic diet standardized treatment plan is beneficial to the control of blood sugar and satisfaction.
