摘要
正像假如没有对生产技术的有效组织就不会有现代工业一样,有效的职业技术教育也需要对职业教育资源的有效组织,以及整个社会关于职业技术教育的合理建制。本文以社会哲学的视野,探讨了职业技术教育的建制化与专业化问题,研究了影响职业技术教育专业化发展的制度性因素。其目的在于审视我们当下工作的性质,发现制约当前职业技术教育工作的瓶颈问题,以便更好地把握住职业技术教育改革的方向。
Just as modern industry would not exist without effective organization of production techniques, vocational education also requires the effective organization of vocational education resources, as well as the establishment of vocational education throughout the society. This paper probes into the institutionalization and professionalization of vocational education, and studies the institutional factors influencing the professionalized development of vocational education in the view of social philosophy. The aim is to understand the nature of vocational education work at hand,to find out the bottleneck that restricts the current vocational education, and to better grasp the direction of vocational education reform.
