In order to implement the national"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"strategy,China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC)put forward the three step overall deployment of"Clean subsitution,Strategic replacemnent and Green transformation",and comitted to build five smart energy supply platforms of"oil,gas,heat,electricity and hydrogen",promoting the integrated development of the industrial chain,innovation chain and value chain of oil,gas and new energy so as to promote the development of green and low-carbon transformation.
