In the previous sociological and human science research,it has been pointed out that football is a happy, social and popular sports activity, which has a wide range of uses and great health benefits. For a long time, some people still doubt the benefits of long-term football. In this study,we used bioinformatics gene expression profiling to verify this problem from the human microscopic perspective.Using the gene chip data of the GEO database and bioinformatics analysis, the study was carried out on the data through GEO2R,String,Cytoscape 3.7.1,MevHeatMap 4.9.0 and other tools. The results showed that 6 key genes,8 related biological processes and two key metabolic regulation pathways were obtained.Long-term and even life-long football training and sports can regulate the expression of human gene protein and microcirculation, and can improve the body's metabolism and exercise ability, body and health and disease resistance.
