摘要
为估测扬州鹅不同品系70日龄出栏体重与年产蛋量2个性状的遗传参数,利用扬州鹅育种中心第5~7世代扬州鹅高产与快长系的70日龄体重和年产蛋量数据以及扬州大学研发的在线软件,进行核心群体选育的遗传参数估计和综合选择指数制定,并比较2种选种方法的效果。结果表明:扬州鹅高产系与快长系分化明显,2个性状均差异显著,70日龄体重与年产蛋量均呈显著负相关。高产系和快长系70日龄体重遗传力分别为0.512、0.544,年产蛋量遗传力分别为0.273、0.261。估计出的个体70日龄体重与年产蛋量的遗传相关系数分别为-0.943和-0.931。根据制定的综合选择指数和独立淘汰法选种,发现2种选种方法对70日龄体重、年产蛋量2个性状综合选育效果无显著性影响,其中独立淘汰法在产蛋性能上、综合选择指数法在体重选择上效果较好。
The aim of this study was to estimate the genetic parameters of two traits,70-day-old market weight and annual egg production of Yangzhou geese in different lines.Based on the estimated parameters,the comprehensive selection index of body weight and laying traits of Yangzhou geese was established.Research results were expected to provide theoretical support for optimizing breeding technology and program of new meat geese varieties(matching lines).Using the body weight and annual egg production data of the 5th-7th generation high-yield and fast-growing lines Yangzhou geese from Yangzhou Geese Breeding Center and the online software developed by Yangzhou University,the genetic parameters were estimated and comprehensive selection index was formulated for core population selection.The effects of two selective breeding methods were compared.The results showed that the two strains of Yangzhou geese had obvious differentiation,and the two traits were significantly different(P≤0.05).The 70-day-old body weight and annual egg production were significantly negatively correlated.The heritability of the 70-day-old body weight of high-yield line and fast-growing line was 0.512 and 0.544.The heritability of annual egg production was 0.273 and 0.261.The estimated genetic correlation coefficients between the 70-day-old body weight and annual egg production were-0.943 and-0.931.According to the formulated comprehensive selection index and independent eliminative method,it was found that the two selection methods had no significant effect on the comprehensive selection of breeding geese weight and laying traits(P>0.05).The independent elimination method was better than the comprehensive selection index method in laying performance,and in body weight selection was contrary.
