基于多物理场的三相共箱型隔离开关温度场仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 126 kV GIS设备作为城市电网建设中的重要设备,需要更加小型化来降低变电站的土地使用面积,而温升是制约设备小型化的关键因素之一。文中建立126 kV GIS三相共箱型隔离开关及母线电磁⁃热⁃流耦合三维模型,通过对开关设备总体发热和散热研究,分析了三相共箱型结构不同布置方式产生的不同功率损耗,并基于温度场仿真研究得到了各零件的温升分布。该隔离开关及母线按照国标要求通过了温升型式试验。将温升仿真结果与试验结果进行对比,仿真误差小于10%,验证了仿真的准确性,为三相共箱型GIS开关设备的小型化设计提供有效的理论和技术支撑。 As an important equipment in urban power grid construction,126 kV GIS needs to be more compact to re⁃duce the footprint of substations.However,the temperature rise is one of the key factors restricting the compactness of the equipment.In this paper,a electromagnetic⁃thermal⁃flow coupled coupling 3D model of the 126 kV GIS three⁃phase enclosed disconnector and bus bar is set up,the different power loss generated by different layout of three⁃phase enclosed structure is analyzed through the study of the total heat generation and dissipation of the switcher,and the temperature rise distribution of each part is obtained by the simulation of temperature field.The disconnector and bus bar passed successfully the temperature rise type test in accordance with international standards.Through⁃out comparison between the simulation and calculation result of the temperature rise,the simulation error is less than 10%.The accuracy of the simulation is verified,which provides effective theoretical and technical support for com⁃pact design of three⁃phase enclosed GIS.
