摘要
振动与噪声是变压器设计与制造的重要技术指标之一。以真型电力变压器为研究对象,采用有限元法建立了变压器振动分析模型,开展了变压器油箱表面振动谐响应分析;其次是探讨了变压器基础隔振技术原理,推演了考虑隔振基础质量影响的隔震层设计刚度计算公式;分析了常用隔振器的优劣点和变压器隔振设计与应用中存在的问题;最后,开展了一台10 kV电抗器基础隔振设计,探讨了隔振层的合理设计参数。研究表明,将铁心与绕组受到的电磁力适当简化为简谐荷载单点激励输入,采用谐响应方法分析油箱表面振动是可行的;变压器基础隔振可有效衰减基础及周边结构的传递;变压器隔振频率比λ为4~10之间较为合适,阻尼比ξ合理选择范围为5%~20%,基础隔振效率可达到振动90%以上。研究对今后变压器类设备的振动与噪声预估及隔振设计有很好地参考作用。
Vibration and noise are one of the important technical indexes of design and manufacture of transformer.The real power transformer is taken as the research object,the vibration analysis model of the transformer is set up by using finite element method and the vibration resonance response analysis of oil tank surface of transformer is devel⁃oped.Then,the vibration isolation technical principle of transformer foundation is discussed,and the calculation for⁃mula of design rigidity of isolation layer considering the influence of isolation foundation quality is derived.The ad⁃vantages and disadvantages of common vibration isolation device and the problems in the design and application of transformer vibration isolation are analyzed.Finally,the foundation isolation design of a set of 10 kV reactor is per⁃formed and the reasonable design parameters of the isolation layer are discussed.The results show that it is feasible to analyze vibration of oil tank surface by adopting resonance response method by way of simplifying appropriately the electromagnetic force stressed on the core and winding to the single point excitation input of simple resonance load.The vibration isolation of transformer foundation can effectively attenuate the transmission of vibration founda⁃tion and surrounding structures.As long as the isolation frequency ratio of the transformerλis within 4~10 and the reasonable selection range of the damping ratioξis 5%~20%,the isolation efficiency of the foundation can reach more than 90%.The research will provide a good reference for the vibration and noise prediction and vibration isola⁃tion design of transformer equipment in the future.
