含铝品种钢的无氧化保护浇铸技术创新与应用 被引量:4

摘要 为实现连铸工序全程无氧化保护浇铸生产,河钢宣钢二钢轧厂针对现有连铸工艺和设备设施不能满足含铝品种钢高质量要求的现状进行了一系列技术创新。通过研制新型钢包长水口、长水口清洗装置、中间包水口对中装置、浸入式水口氩封保护装置以及工艺技术优化等一系列措施,杜绝了钢水的二次氧化,有效地控制了连铸钢水的增氧量、增氮量和铝烧损,提高了钢水的洁净度,提升了含铝品种钢的质量稳定性,满足了高端客户的产品质量要求,在钢铁行业内具有较好的推广价值。 In order to realize the casting production without oxidation protection in the whole process of continuous casting process,the second steel rolling plant of HBIS Xuansteel has carried out a series of technological innovations in view of the current situation that the existing continuous casting process,equipment and facilities cannot meet the high-quality requirements of aluminum containing steel.By a series of measures such as developing new ladle long nozzle,long nozzle cleaning device,tundish nozzle centering device,submerged nozzle argon sealing protection device and process technology optimization,the secondary oxidation of molten steel is eliminated,the oxygen increasing,nitrogen increasing and aluminum burning loss of continuous casting molten steel are effectively controlled,the cleanliness of molten steel is improved,and the quality stability of aluminum containing steel is improved.It meets the product quality requirements of high-end customers with good promotion value in the iron and steel industry.
