子结构法在截断舱段振动特性修正中的应用

摘要 将子结构法应用到陆上截断舱段振动特性的修正中。在物理坐标下,通过动态缩聚法将相邻舱段的阻抗矩阵缩聚到截断舱段连接处,并加到截断舱段的动力学方程中,实现对截断舱段动力学特性的修正。进一步采用多级子结构法,将舱段按组成部件划分为若干级子结构,通过多级的缩聚和组合,提高了修正计算的速度。在模态坐标下,采用自由界面模态综合法,将各子舱段的模态结果综合起来,得到整体模型的动力学参数。研究了界面力自由度对子舱段模态综合结果的影响,讨论了保证基于试验的主舱段与基于仿真计算的相邻舱段之间模态综合结果的精度所需考虑的界面力的必要自由度数量。最后,探讨了多级子结构法与模态综合法的结合在陆上截断舱段振动特性快速修正中的应用前景。 The substructure method is applied to the correction of vibration characteristics of truncated cabin segments on land.In the physical coordinates,the impedance matrix of the edge segment is condensed to the junction of the segment by dynamic condensation method,and the correction of the truncated segment is realized by adding the correction term to the dynamic equation of the truncated segment.By using the multistage substructure method,the cabin section is divided into several stages according to the components,and the speed of correction calculation is improved by multistage condensation and combination.Under the modal coordinates,the modal results of each sub-section are synthesized by the free interface modal synthesis method,and the dynamic parameters of the whole model are obtained.The influence of the degree of freedom of interface force on the modal synthesis results of the sub-section is studied,and the necessary degree of freedom to ensure the accuracy of the modal synthesis between the main segment based on the test and the edge segment based on the simulation calculation is discussed.Finally,the application prospect of the combination of multistage substructure method and modal synthesis method in the quickly correction of vibration characteristics of truncated segments on land is discussed.
