沉香挥发气温度相关GC-MS二维指纹图谱的研究及应用

摘要 采用不同的低高温度加热样品得到沉香挥发气,气体通过捕集阱富集-气相色谱柱直联全进样-质谱法进行测定,得到沉香挥发气的温度相关二维GC-MS指纹图谱,此二维指纹图谱可表征不同温度下沉香成分的挥发行为。真品沉香的香味成分在0℃低温下无挥发、中高沸点的特有成分需在较高温度(≥50℃)下才能挥发,对比伪品沉香在0℃及小于50℃的GC-MS图谱上就已有香味成分、高沸点物明显出峰的情况,存在明显差异。结合从低到高温度下挥发出的不同成分的GC-MS图谱,可直观快速、准确甄别沉香赝品。 Volatilization of agarwood under different heating temperatures were enriched by trap,fully injected directly by capillary column and determined by GC-MS to obtain volatilization-temperature related two-dimension GC-MS finger⁃prints of agarwood which characterized the volatility behaviors of agarwood under different heating temperatures.The results showed that the authentic agarwood lacks the aroma,medium and high boiling point peaks which the fake agarwood has at zero or under fifty degree.The volatilization-temperature related two-dimension GC-MS fingerprints of agarwood can be used to quickly and directly distinguish authentic agarwood from the fake one.
