不同消解体系ICP-MS法测定土壤中As、Cd、Pb元素 被引量:3

摘要 正确有效的消解方式是土壤样品准确定量的基本前提和关键步骤。研究了土壤快速消解过程中的试剂种类、用量及消解时间等条件对土壤中As、Cd和Pb测定结果的影响。同时,优化了ICP-MS在检测过程中的干扰去除模式及参数设定。研究结果表明:不同金属元素有其最佳的消解条件,对于0.1g土壤中的As和Cd元素在6mL王水体系下消解2h为最佳,而Pb的最佳消解条件为4mL王水+1mL HF体系下消解2小时。 Correct and effective digestion method was the basic premise and key steps for accurate quantification of soil sam⁃ples.In this paper,the effects of reagent type,reagent dosage and digestion time on As,Cd and Pb during the rapid soil deg⁃radation were studied.At the same time,we optimized the interference removal mode and parameter settings of ICP-MS dur⁃ing the detection process.The results showed:Different metal elements had their best digestion conditions.For As and Cd elements in 0.1g soil,the best digestion was 6mL Aqua Regia system for 2 hours,and for Pb,the best digestion condition was 4mL Aqua Regia+1mL HF system for 2 hours.
