黄铜中锌的光电直读光谱法分析

摘要 本文将光电直读光谱法用于黄铜合金中锌元素质量分数大于35%时锌的测定,经过精密度试验、实际样品检测及方法比对等试验的研究,精密度、方法的重复性偏差及再现性偏差均满足检测要求,验证了光电直读光谱法可准确应用于检测铜合金(黄铜)中锌质量分数大于35%时的测定。 In this paper,the application of direct-read Spectrometer in the detection of zinc in brass was studied.Through the research of precision test,actual sample detection and method comparison test,confirmed that direct-read spectrometer can be used for the determination of zinc when the content of zinc in brass alloy is greater than 35%.The precision,repeat⁃ability deviation and reproducibility deviation of the method meet the detection requirements.It is verified that the method can accurately determine the mass fraction of zinc in copper alloy,and the range can be widened to more than 35%.
