摘要
经研究,土壤中石油烃对人类具有致癌性、致畸性和致突变性,因此土壤中石油烃的检测技术对于治理土壤,保护环境有着重要意义。本研究通过不同的前处理方法的对比,选择采用快速溶剂萃取的前处理萃取方式,使用气相色谱法进行检测,结果表明:该方法石油烃(C_(10)~C_(40))的检出限为1.29 mg/kg,标准曲线的相关性系数R均达到0.999,精密度和准确度的相对标准偏差RSD均小于10%,满足土壤调查对石油烃(C_(10)~C_(40))分析测试的要求,具有推广的价值。
Afterresearch,thepetroleum hydrocarbons(TPH)in soil are carcinogenic,teratogenic and mutagenic to humans.The detection technology of petroleum hydrocarbons is of great significance in soil evaluation.By contrasting different pre⁃treatment methods,Using ASE as the pretreatment extraction method,GC is used for detection.The results show thatthe de⁃tection limits of TPH were 1.29 mg/kg,and the correlation coefficient R of standard curve was 0.999,and the RSD of preci⁃sion and accuracy of arsenic and mercury were less than 10%.This method meets the requirements of soil survey for the analysis and testing of TPH and has the value of popularization.
