摘要
合成革普遍存在透湿性能差的缺陷,限制了其在服装领域的深入应用。水性聚氨酯涂层作为新一代合成革的重要组成部分,其结构和性能是影响合成革透湿性能的关键因素。以水性聚氨酯(WPU)为聚合物、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm)单体为原料、以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂制备了WPU/PNIPAAm涂层,并采用扫描电镜、红外光谱、表面接触角和透湿率对涂层的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的WPU/PNIPAAm涂层具有温度响应性,且随着NIPAAm含量的增加,透湿率逐渐增大,温敏性逐渐增强。
Synthetic leather generally had the defect of water transmission rate,which limited its application in the field of clothing.As an important part of the new synthetic leather,the structure and properties of waterborne polyurethane coating were the key factors affecting the water transmission rate of synthetic leather.The waterborne polyurethane(WPU)/poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAAm)coatings were prepared using WPU as polymer,NIPAAm monomer as raw material and N,N′-methylene bis-acrylamide(MBA)as crosslinking agent.The structure and properties of fabricated coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,surface contact angle and water transmission rate.The results show that the WPU/PNIPAAm coatings have temperature-sensitive property,and with the increase of NIPAAm contents,the water transmission rate and temperature-sensitive property increase gradually.
