耐划伤助剂对聚酯弹性体材料性能的影响

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备汽车仪表板用注塑表皮热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)专用材料,研究了耐划伤助剂(TPEE载体高分子量硅酮母粒)含量对TPEE复合材料综合性能的影响。结果表明:随着耐划伤助剂含量的增加,TPEE复合材料的流动性以及断裂伸长率也随着提高,其熔体质量流动速率可从53.3 g/10min增加至65.7 g/10min,断裂伸长率可从965%增至1040%;而随着耐划伤助剂含量的增加,TPEE复合材料的邵氏A硬度和拉伸强度却随之降低,其邵氏A硬度从69.6降至67.1,拉伸强度从17.8 MPa降至14.8 MPa;未添加耐划伤助剂时,色差值(ΔL)为1.95,当耐划伤助剂的质量分数增加到4%时,其ΔL能够降至0.11;使用显微相机对摩擦后的皮纹制件拍照,发现未添加耐划伤助剂的皮纹制件的摩擦痕迹相当明显,而耐划伤助剂质量分数添加至4%时,几乎没有摩擦痕迹。耐划伤助剂质量分数为4%时,TPEE复合材料的综合性能较为优异,满足汽车仪表板用注塑表皮的性能要求。 The thermoplastic polyester elastomer(TPEE)special material for injection molding skin of automobile dashboard was prepared by melt blending method,and the effect of scratch-resistant additive(TPEE-carried high molecular weight silicone master batch)contents on the comprehensive properties of TPEE composite material was studied.The results show that the melt flow rate and elongation at break of TPEE composites increase with the increase of scratch-resistant additives contents,and its melt index increases from 53.3 g/10min to 65.7 g/10min,and elongation at break increases from 96.5%to 10.4%.However,with the increase of scratch-resistant additives contents,the Shore A hardness decreases from 69.6 to 67.1 and tensile strength decreases from 17.8 MPa to 14.8 MPa.When no scratch-resistant additive is added,the value of color difference(ΔL)is 1.95.But when the mass fraction of scratch-resistant additive increases to 4%,it can reduce to 0.11.The micro-camera is used to take pictures of the skin-lines products after friction,and it is found when no scratch-resistant additive is added,the friction marks of the skin-lines products are quite obvious.While the mass fraction is 4%,there are almost no friction marks.When the mass fraction of scratch-resistant additives is 4%,the comprehensive properties of TPEE composite material are excellent,which meets the performance requirements of injection molded skin for automobile dashboard.
