高层建筑消防隐患与防火监督工作探究

近年来,随着经济的快速增长,我国高层建筑日渐增多,在有效提高土地资源利用率,缓解用地紧张的同时高层建筑也带来严峻的考验,如多数高层建筑都存在严重的消防安全隐患,由于高层建筑的楼层较高,疏散途径少,一旦发生火灾,居民很难在短时间内快速逃生,还会增加消防救援人员的救援难度。因此,高层建筑的居民及工作人员应提高对消防工作的重视程度,在日常生活中做好防火监督工作,避免高层建筑发生火灾。

In recent years, with the rapid economic growth, the number of high-rise buildings in our country has been increasing day by day. While effectively improving the utilization rate of land resources and alleviating the shortage of land, high-rise buildings also bring severe challenges. For example, most high-rise buildings have serious fire risks. Due to the high floors of high-rise buildings and few evacuation routes, in the event of a fire,it is difficult for residents to escape quickly in a short time, and it will also increase the difficulty of fire rescue. Therefore, residents and staff of highrise buildings should pay more attention to fire protection work, do a good job in fire supervision in daily life, and avoid fires in high-rise buildings.
