摘要
众所周知,吸烟有害健康,烟叶中含有的尼古丁等物质使人具有成瘾性,吸烟者数量十分庞大。吸烟不仅对身体造成损伤,还会因处理烟头不当,引发火灾。文章结合工作实际,梳理吸烟亡人火灾的特点,对现场勘验、调查询问的注意事项进行总结,对防范吸烟亡人火灾提出建议。
As we all know, smoking is harmful to health, nicotine and other substances contained in tobacco leaves are addictive, and the number of smokers is very large. Smoking not only causes damage to the body, but also causes fires due to improper handling of cigarette butts. Combining with the actual work, the paper sorts out the characteristics of deadly fire caused by smoking, summarizes the precautions for on-site inspection, investigation and inquiries. And the paper puts forward suggestions for preventing deadly fire caused by smoking.
