由于经济社会以及科学技术不断发展,使得城镇化建设进程不断加快,这个过程中房建行业取得了高速发展,从而使得以现代高层建筑为主的住宅小区正在不断增多。在住宅小区中,物业管理属于一个非常重要的综合管理体系,是住宅小区以及城市社会中极为关键的组成部分。目前来看,我国住宅小区物业管理已经取得了一定的发展和进步,但是在消防安全管理方面仍然存在着一定的不足。因此,文章针对住宅小区物业管理当中的消防安全问题及其对策做出分析和探讨。

Due to the continuous development of economic society and science and technology, the urbanization process has been accelerated,and the housing construction industry has achieved rapid development in this process, thus making the residential communities mainly of modern high-rise buildings are increasing. In the residential community, property management is a very important integrated management system, which is an extremely critical component of the residential community and urban society. At present, China’s residential property management has made certain development and progress, but there are still certain shortcomings in fire safety management. Therefore, the article analyzes and discusses the fire safety problems and their countermeasures in the property management of residential communities.
