摘要系统阐述从健康服务领域研究成果应用的行动促进框架(PARIHS)到修订后版本i-PARIHS的基本内涵和核心元素、亚元素衍变以及在临床中的实际应用,并分析应用于临床实践变革的循证框架,为我国临床护理实践变革的开展提供依据。
