目前前庭康复方法仍处在不断发展完善的阶段。美国理疗协会神经理疗专业委员会于2021年12月发布《周围前庭功能低下前庭康复临床指南更新版》预印本,介绍了周围前庭功能低下的诊断标准、评估及康复方法,并针对临床医师和技师给出10项推荐意见。这对于指导前庭康复治疗具有重要的意义。因此,就《指南更新版》各要点给予详解。

The current approach to vestibular rehabilitation is still in continuous progress.In December 2021,the Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy of the American Physical Therapy Association released a preprint of the Updated Clinical Practice Guideline for Vestibular Rehabilitation with Peripheral Vestibular Hypofunction,and this guideline introduces the diagnostic criteria,assessment,and rehabilitation methods for peripheral vestibular hypofunction,and provides ten recommendations for clinicians and technicians.This is of great importance in guiding vestibular rehabilitation treatment.Hence,we interpreted the critical points of the updated Guide with a detailed explanation.
