基于“一动力三循环”模式的仪器共享服务平台管理

摘要 优质高效的仪器共享服务平台,是专科医院科研的技术支撑,将为科研教学工作保驾护航。基于“一动力三循环”管理模式的“4S”管理机制,即资源配置、服务创新、反馈总结和开放共享,利用循环反馈机制持续优化平台管理体系。基于此的仪器共享服务平台运行1年余,显示基于“一动力三循环”管理模式的“4S”管理机制适用于仪器共享服务平台的运行,有望在团队管理、平台运营和科研教学中发挥更大作用。 High quality and efficient instrument sharing service platform is the technical support for scientific research in specialized hospitals and will escort scientific research and teaching work.Based on the management model of"One Driver&Three Circles",the mechanism of"4S"was established,including"Supply","Service","Survey"and"Share".With the mechanism of circulation and feedback,the management system of the instrument sharing platform was optimized continually.The instrument sharing service platform based on this model has been operated for more than one year,showing that the"4S"management mechanism based on the management mode of"One Driver&Three Circles"is applies to the operation of the instrument sharing service platform and is expected to play a more significant role in team management,platform operation and research,and teaching.
