面临当前非洲猪瘟常态化防控的严峻形势和生猪产业周期变化,做好动物产地检疫工作是切断动物疫病传播的有效途径和保障畜牧业健康发展的关键举措。庄浪县探索提出了动物产地检疫“4321”模式,统一了产地检疫流程,形成了“日排查、周报告,月督查、季通报”的产地检疫监管机制,将责任分解到各个环节、靠实到人,实现了检疫全程可追溯。近两年,在平凉全市推广动物产地检疫“4321”模式,切实规范了动物产地检疫行为,为防控非洲猪瘟等动物疫病提供了有力保障,为畜牧业健康发展、畜产品质量安全发挥了积极的促进作用,成效明显。

Zhuanglang County has explored and proposed the "4321" mode of animal origin quarantine, which unifies the quarantine process at the origin, and forms the origin quarantine supervision mechanism of "daily inspection, weekly report, monthly supervision, and quarterly notification". The responsibility is decomposed into each link and the relevant person in charge, and the whole process of quarantine can be traced. In the past two years, the "4321" mode of animal origin quarantine has been promoted in Pingliang City, and the behavior of animal origin quarantine has been effectively regulated. It has provided a strong guarantee for the prevention and control of African swine fever and other animal diseases, and has played a positive role in promoting the healthy development of animal husbandry and the quality and safety of animal products, with remarkable results.
