高新区畜禽养殖场粪污资源化利用现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Manure Resource Utilization in Livestock and Poultry Farms in High-tech Zone

粪污资源化利用,不仅是畜牧业养殖变废为宝的需要,也是解决目前畜牧业污染的有效途径。随着养殖业的发展和人们环保意识的增强,畜禽粪污资源化利用日益成为建设资源节约型、环境友好型畜牧业不可或缺的一环。近年来,国家不断加大粪污资源化利用工作力度,经过多年的努力,截至2021年10月份,西安高新区粪污资源化利用率达到92%,粪污资源化利用设施配套率达到100%。但是高新区畜禽粪污资源化利用还存在配套设施简陋、利用模式简单、规模以下养殖场户粪污综合利用低的问题。本文结合多年工作经验,对高新区粪污资源化利用工作进行分析,以期能探索出一条适合开发区的畜禽养殖粪污资源化利用途径。

The utilization of manure resources is not only the need of animal husbandry to turn waste into treasure, but also an effective way to solve the current pollution of animal husbandry. With the development of the breeding industry and the enhancement of people’s awareness of environmental protection, the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure has increasingly become an indispensable part of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly animal husbandry. In recent years, the state has continuously increased efforts to utilize manure as a resource. After years of hard work, as of October 2021, the utilization rate of manure recycling in Xi’an High-tech Zone has reached 92%, and the matching rate of facilities for manure recycling has reached 100%. However, the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in the high-tech zone still has the problems of simple supporting facilities, simple utilization mode, and low comprehensive utilization of manure of farms below the scale. Based on many years of work experience, this paper analyzes the utilization of manure resources in the high-tech zone, in order to explore a suitable way for the utilization of livestock and poultry manure resources in the development zone.
