氟康唑片联合克霉唑阴道栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者的效果

Effects of Fluconazole tablets combined with Clotrimazole vaginal suppository in treatment of patients with colpitis mycotica

目的:观察氟康唑片联合克霉唑阴道栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者的效果。方法:选取64例霉菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组接受克霉唑阴道栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合氟康唑片治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率,治疗前后症状评分,临床症状缓解时间,治疗后3、6个月内复发率和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.88%(31/32),高于对照组的75.00%(24/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组症状评分低于对照组,排尿痛、白带异常、外阴瘙痒、外阴红肿等临床症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3、6个月内复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为9.38%(3/32),低于对照组的34.38%(11/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟康唑片联合克霉唑阴道栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,缩短临床症状缓解时间,降低3、6个月内复发率,以及降低症状评分和不良反应发生率,效果优于单纯克霉唑阴道栓治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Fluconazole tablets combined with Clotrimazole vaginal suppository in treatment of patients with colpitis mycotica.Methods:64 patients with colpitis mycotica were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,32 cases in each group.The control group received Clotrimazole vaginal suppository therapy,while the observation group received Fluconazole tablets therapy on the basis of that of the control group.The total effective rate,the symptom score before and after the treatment,the clinical symptom relief time,the recurrence rate within 3 and 6 months after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%(31/32),which was higher than 75.00%(24/32)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the relief time of clinical symptoms such as urodynia,abnormal leucorrhea,genital itching,genital redness and swelling were all shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rates within 3 and 6 months after the treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.38%(3/32),which was lower than 34.38%(11/32)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Fluconazole tablets combined with Clotrimazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of colpitis mycotica can improve the total effective rate of treatment,shorten the clinical symptom relief time,and reduce the recurrence rates within 3 and 6 months after the treatment,the symptom score and the incidence of adverse reactions.Moreover,it is superior to single Clotrimazole vaginal suppository treatment.
