鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者术后复发的影响因素

Influencing factors of postoperative recurrence in patients with inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses

目的:探讨鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤(SNIP)患者术后复发的影响因素。方法:选取于该院行手术治疗的40例SNIP患者为研究对象,收集其临床资料,观察其术后复发率,采用多因素Logistic回归分析进行SNIP患者术后复发的影响因素分析。结果:40例SNIP患者术后复发7例,复发率为17.50%(7/40);Logistic回归分析显示,手术方式为鼻内镜下肿瘤切除术、具有鼻部手术史、肿瘤发生中心在上颌窦均为SNIP患者术后复发的独立危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:手术方式为鼻内镜下肿瘤切除术、具有鼻部手术史、肿瘤发生中心在上颌窦均为SNIP患者术后复发的独立危险因素。

Objective:To explore influencing factors of postoperative recurrence in patients with inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses(SNIP).Methods:40 SNIP patients who underwent surgical treatment in this hospital were selected as the research objects,their clinical data were collected,and their postoperative recurrence rates were observed.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of postoperative recurrence in these SNIP patients.Results:7 of the 40 SNIP patients had postoperative recurrence,and the recurrence rate was 17.50%(7/40).Logistic regression analysis showed that nasal endoscopic tumor resection,history of nasal surgery,and tumorigenic center in the maxillary sinus were independent risk factors for the postoperative recurrence of the patients with SNIP(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:The nasal endoscopic tumor resection,the history of nasal surgery,and the tumorigenic center in the maxillary sinus are the independent risk factors for the postoperative recurrence of the patients with SNIP.
