炙甘草汤联合美西律治疗气阴两虚型室性心律失常患者的效果

Effects of Zhigancao decoction combined with Mexiletine in treatment of patients with ventricular arrhythmia of Qi and Yin deficiency type

目的:观察炙甘草汤联合美西律治疗气阴两虚型室性心律失常患者的效果。方法:选取80例气阴两虚型心律失常患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以单纯美西律治疗,观察组予以炙甘草汤联合美西律治疗,比较两组疗效、血清炎性因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8]水平、T细胞亚群指标(CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平、中医证候积分、室性心律失常发作次数、QTc离散度(QTcd)和血清抗β1-肾上腺素能受体自身抗体(β1-AAB)水平。结果:治疗后,两组hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8、QTcd、β1-AAB、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、室性心律失常发作次数和中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炙甘草汤联合美西律治疗气阴两虚型室性心律失常患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低血清炎性因子水平、T细胞亚群指标水平、中医证候积分、室性心律失常发作次数、QTcd水平和β1-AAB水平,优于单纯美西律治疗效果。

Objective:To observe effects of Zhigancao decoction combined with Mexiletine in treatment of patients with ventricular arrhythmia of Qi and Yin deficiency type.Methods:80 patients with ventricular arrhythmia of Qi and Yin deficiency type were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single Mexiletine,while the observation group was treated with Zhigancao decoction combined with Mexiletine.The curative effects,the serum inflammatory factor index levels[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8],the T cell subset index levels(CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),the TCM syndrome score,the number of ventricular arrhythmia attacks,the QTc dispersion(QTcd)level and the serum anti-β1-adrenergic receptor autoantibody(β1-AAB)level were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8,QTcd,β1-AAB,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),the number of ventricular arrhythmia attacks and the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 82.50% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Zhigancao Decoction combined with Mexiletine in the treatment of the patients with ventricular arrhythmia of Qi and Yin deficiency type can improve the total effective rate of treatment,and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors and T-cell subsets,the TCM syndrome scores,the number of ventricular arrhythmia attacks,the QTcd level and the β1-AAB level.Moreover,it is superior to single Mexiletine treatment.
