易黄汤联合重组人干扰素治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染患者的效果

Effects of Yihuang decoction combined with recombinant human interferon in treatment of patients with cervical high-risk human papillomavirus infection

目的:观察易黄汤联合重组人干扰素治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染患者的效果。方法:选取96例宫颈HR-HPV感染患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组采取重组人干扰素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合易黄汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后炎性因子[白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)]水平、病毒载量水平、中医证候积分和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-12水平和病毒载量均低于对照组,IL-4水平和IFN-γ水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组带下异常、舌苔黄腻、外阴瘙痒、小腹坠胀等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:易黄汤联合重组人干扰素治疗宫颈HR-HPV感染患者可提高治疗总有效率和IFN-γ水平,改善炎性因子水平,以及降低病毒载量水平和中医证候积分,其效果优于单纯重组人干扰素治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Yihuang decoction combined with recombinant human interferon in treatment of patients with cervical high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection.Methods:96 patients with cervical HR-HPV infection were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon,while the observation group was treated with Yihuang decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The treatment effect,the inflammatory factor index levels[interleukin-12(IL-12),interleukin-4(IL-4)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)],the viral load level,the TCM symptom score and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 70.83% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-12 and viral load in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes such as abnormal vaginal discharge,yellow and greasy tongue coating,genital itching,and lower abdomen bulge in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Yihuang decoction combined with recombinant human interferon in the treatment of the patients with cervical HR-HPV infection can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the IFN-γ levels,improve the levels of inflammatory factors,and reduce the viral load and the TCM syndrome scores.Moreover,it is superior to single recombinant human interferon.
